Little Mix has decided to part ways with Simon Cowell and his record label.
It has been revealed that girl group members Jesy Nelson, Jade Thirlwall, Perrie Edwards, and Leigh-Anne Pinnock have become increasingly frustrated over the past year working at Syco leading to a major fallout just days ahead of the release of their new album LM5.
Little Mix and Simon first started working together after they won The X Factor UK back in 2011.
According to reports, that girls confronted Simon in an email â detailing all of the issues theyâve had with his label. Little Mixâs management company Modest and Simon had another fallout, leading Simon to cut all ties with the companyâs artists.
A spokesperson for Simon then released a statement to The Sun saying, ââSyco Music will no longer work with Modest Management and therefore any artists signed to that management company. We do, of course, wish all artists affected by this decision every future success. Consequently, LM5, the forthcoming Little Mix album A&Râd and released on Syco Music, is to be serviced by RCA at the request of Syco and Simon Cowell.â
